Today, Kevin is joined for Part 1 of a long conversation with Dr. Quinn Henoch of SoCal Weightlifting. The two implement constraints and heavy lifting within their own coaching practices of different sports.

Dr. Quinn Henoch has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis and is the on-site DPT for SoCal Weightlifting.
