Today, Kevin jumps on the mic with Dr. Taylor Eckel of the Integrity Training Project. Taylor and Kevin discuss their mutual interest in dynamic systems theory, and its impacts on:

  • How training mentality impacts rehab and progress in a sport
  • Working with athletes from different sports
  • Addressing mental blocks during coaching and rehab

Taylor Eckel holds her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from George Fox University as well as the CSCS certification. She now works to inspire resilience for all via remote rehab consults, and educates coaches and clients via online content. Before physical therapy school, Taylor worked as a full time aide/exercise specialist in a variety of orthopedic clinics.
