On this episode, Kevin chats with Jason Tremblay of The Strength Guys. The Strength Guys is a group of scientists, innovators, and athletes who are passionate about delivering results-driven and evidence-based online powerlifting coaching services for drug-free athletes.

In this episode, Kevin and Jason discuss their differences in dosing volume, how Jason’s changed his programming over the last several years, and where they agree on minimum adequate volume.

Jason is the president and co-founder of TSG. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Mount Royal University, as well as the university’s PFT Certificate. He has coached several IPF world champions, including Taylor Atwood and Lya Bavoil.
