Episode 139: Coming Back from Injury ft. Travis “Papabear” Rogers

In this episode, Kevin chats with Travis “Papabear” Rogers. Travis is an elite athlete who competes both raw (best total 1851) and raw with wraps (best total 1940). He is also the USPA Maryland and Delaware State Chair, and a referee in the USPA. Travis is now transitioning to equipped lifting after suffering a quad injury to both legs earlier this year. Kevin and Travis discuss his lifting career since his start in 2016, his injuries, and coming back to lifting on the equipped side.
